Vecan Components started its operation in 1995 in Agios Dimitrios, Attica by its founder Theofanis Siakantaris where he remains at the helm until today and with his son Spyros Siakantaris to follow. With the experience and know-how of the founder who has more than 50 years in the field of elevators but also with their continuous presence in exhibitions across Europe, is able to provide to its customers, high strength products and comprehensive services for any type of elevator .
Aiming for direct customer contact and guided by immediate service and reliability, Vecan is firmly in the top choices of installers and maintainers. The proposals of the company Vecan, have to show quality of materials, maximum efficiency and most importantly high durability and practicality to the maximum. The goal is the continuous upgrade of products and services, always harmonized and updated with all European guides. This has led to the result of their advanced technology, modern design and high functionality. In its privately owned facilities in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, there are hundreds of items and elevator accessories ready to go, ready to cover every need of the cooperating offices and companies.

History
1970: Mr. Theofanis Siakantaris begins his career with the construction of elevator components. A few years later, he studied at the Aristarchos School of Foremen.
1980-1994: The continuous development of skills through hard work and respect for the profession foretells future prestige.
1995: Founding of Vecan Theofanis Siakantaris in Agios Dimitrios, Attica. From the first moment, the industry seems to support this move, a sample of the correct treatment and professionalism of the previous years of the person of Mr. Theofanis Siakantaris. This is followed by an increase in the turnover of the company with the consequence of its continuous staffing by specialized employees.
2002: Vecan’s participation in the Hellas Lift in the E.K.E.P. in Metamorfosi Attica and first collaborations with companies from Balkan countries and Cyprus.
2007: Inclusion of Spyros Siakantaris, son of Theofanis Siakantaris in the company.
2009: Moving to new modern privately owned facilities in Agios Dimitrios, Attica
2010: Vecan’s participation in the Hellas Lift at MEC Paiania with the presentation of new products of high design and quality.
2011: Addition of CNC machines to production that contribute to the improved production of products.
2016: Launch of Glass Touch series with touch button.
2022: Participation of Vecan in Ascen-Tec in MEC Paiania.
